For business owners

You spent years building it. You should know exactly who is asking about it.

There is no process here, no data room, and no broker running an auction. There is a conversation, and it goes at whatever speed you want it to go.

How this works

What actually happens after you write to us.

Four steps, and you can stop at any one of them without explaining why.

  1. We read it and reply ourselves

Not an assistant and not an auto-responder. If you are outside our criteria we will tell you plainly in that first reply.

  2. A conversation, at your convenience

Twenty or thirty minutes, by phone or in person. No financials required at this stage and nothing for you to prepare.

  3. A mutual NDA before anything sensitive

Signed before you send a single statement. Nothing about your business is discussed with anyone outside the two of us.

  4. A real number, and the reasoning behind it

If it fits, we put an indication of value in front of you along with how we arrived at it and how it would be financed. You will not have to guess where a number came from.

Our commitments

What we will and will not do.

These are stated before diligence starts, not negotiated after.

  • Your employees keep their jobs. The crew and the licences are the business. We are buying them, not replacing them.
  • Your name stays on the door unless you would rather it came down.
  • Your confidentiality is absolute. We will not contact your employees, customers, or competitors at any stage without your explicit permission.
  • We will tell you no quickly. A fast, clear no is worth more to you than a slow maybe.
  • We will not shop your business. Nothing you send goes to another buyer, a broker, or a lender without your say-so.

Confidential inquiry

Tell us about your business.

Only your name and email are required. Everything else helps us give you a useful answer instead of a generic one — but leave blank whatever you would rather not share with someone you have not met.

Owner’s earnings or seller’s discretionary earnings is fine if that is how you track it.
Would you consider a sale in the next 1–3 years?

What you send goes to the two of us and no one else. We do not share, sell, or broker any information submitted here, and we will not contact your employees or customers at any stage without your permission. Submitting this form creates no obligation and is not an offer to buy or sell a business.

Prefer to skip the form? Email aycocktad@gmail.com or call (678) 699-4433.

Not selling? Most owners we speak with are not. We would still value twenty minutes to understand how you built what you built — and if the day ever comes, we would rather be someone you already know than a stranger with an offer.
