Metro Atlanta · Essential Services

We are buying one essential services business in Metro Atlanta — and running it ourselves.

Vincennes Capital Group acquires a single, established company in a sector where the work has to get done whether or not the economy is good. We are not a fund with a clock on it, we are not a broker, and we are not a strategic buyer folding your company into a bigger one.

What we look for

A narrow box, held to honestly.

A tight set of criteria is how we respect an owner’s time. If your business falls outside it, we would rather say so in the first conversation than six weeks into diligence.

$750K+

In annual earnings (EBITDA), with an enterprise value generally between $3M and $6M.

50 miles

Of Atlanta. Route density matters, and so does being able to be in the building.

40%+

Revenue that repeats — contracts, routes, or service required by code or regulation.

10–50

Employees. Enough for a management layer, small enough to know everyone’s name.

Plain terms

What we are not.

Most of what an owner needs to know about a buyer is what kind of buyer they are not.

Not a private equity fund

There are no limited partners behind us with a five-year clock, and no mandate to flip this to the next buyer on a schedule.

Not a broker

We are not shopping your business to anyone. A conversation with us is a conversation with the buyer, not with a middleman.

Not a strategic buyer

We are not folding your company into a larger platform, consolidating your back office, or cutting your crew for overlap.

Not absentee

One of us will be in the building. We are buying a company to operate it, not to add a line to a portfolio page.

After the close

What happens to what you built.

An owner selling a business they spent decades building is handing over their employees and their name at the same time. These are the commitments we make before diligence starts, not after.

  1. Your people keep their jobs

The crew and the licenses are the business. We are buying them, not replacing them.

  2. Your name stays on the door

Unless you would rather it came down. Rebranding a business that customers already trust destroys the value we are paying for.

  3. We want you around

A transition measured in months, not days. We would rather pay you over time and have you invested in this going well.

  4. We move quickly and quietly

We know what diligence looks like, and we know your employees and customers should not learn about it from a rumor.

If you are not selling. Most owners we speak with are not, and that is fine. We would still value twenty minutes to understand how you built what you built. If the day ever comes, we would rather be someone you already know than a stranger with an offer.

Tell us about your business.

A short, confidential note is enough to start. No broker, no marketing process, and no obligation of any kind.
